Food.... Have we forgotten what it is?

Don't become a victim to 'food' like products because thats what they are.... products! Food was designed perfectly well for our consumption on a day to day basis. Products don't contain nearly the same quality compared to food regardless of what you hear

My advice to any would be 'dieters' new on the scene is to invest in advice from someone with a proven track record or look into self education. Don't turn to food 'like' products they are not a long term approach and by all means 'Healthy' which will make 'You' long-term.
