Sometimes the simple options are the best when it comes to eating
This is example of a quick meal I whipped up today that taste great. Nutritional output will differ depending on quantities used but is nutritional dense option. You can supplement the red potatoes on those low carb days for the green stuff.
300g Lean ground turkey mince (Fried up)
250g Red potatoes (Microwaved till soft)
½ Onion (Fried)
100g Garden peas
TBSP Coconut oil
Fresh or dry rosemary
Himalayan pink rock salt
Fresh crushed garlic
Chili power (mild)
Tabasco – Chipotle edition
