Now 8 weeks out, I took the above pictures 9 weeks out. Im now looking forward to putting the hammer down.
Cardio has been now been fixed into my weekly schedule and my daily calories have also been increased!! This will keep fatloss moving gradually, which is the best plan of attack.
Remember contest prep is not a race and if you are natural, trying to preserve your hard earned muscle mass the better option is to take things one step at a time
