Last night’s workout short and sweet having had a busy last few weeks but the focus was still the same and that was to make my chest uncomfortable

A – Warm Up  /Pre Exhaus

Cable Flys SS with Press Ups

Details; Stretching in between sets - 50% Loading  

- Sets 3

- Reps 20 > 15

- Tempo 212

 

A1 – Compound

Flat BB bench



Details; Starting at 60% Loading to 80%

(4 to 5 second release)

- Sets 8

- Reps 6-8

- Tempo 214/5

 

A2 – Insolation

Incline DB flys

Details; 80% Load

- Sets 5

- Reps 12

- Tempo 212

 

 

A3 – Isolation

Pec deck SS Press Up

(4 to 5 second release)

Details; 80% Load

- Sets 4

- Reps 10 >10

- Tempo 215 > 212

 

DONE!

 

The pump was insane and I had to exercise rest pause myself!
