These plans do not include ongoing support but Jason does offer one FREE update to the plan within 6 weeks of creating it, so you can continue to improve your health and fitness long after you’ve bought your custom plan.

Alternatively, Jason offers 60 minute Skype consultations for those just needing some advice and guidance without him writing any plan for you.
